Using pedal stepper I am simulating the movement what I do with my legs in a real F1 car, while watching youtube F1 onboard footage from the screen. I used 85kg weight for the legs and 5kg disc as a steering wheel, and I do it for 1min then rest for 1min, aiming to work for the speed of the leg so it reacts as quickly as possible, not so much the strength of the legs.
